DESCRIPTION :
1.We can make 4 hanging rings for each fan, it is very convenient for installation and angle adjustment, this ensures excellent performance.
2.New design stainless blades are made one time twist punch. Fan blades are adjusted by intelligent dynamic-balance tester, the weight tolerance of each blade is controlled within 1g, to ensure the fan smooth running, lower vibration, less noise, increase stability. Blade material have stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum alloy for option
3.Fan belt pulley is made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting which reduces the weight of propeller, and makes high corrosion resistance. Special three reinforced ribs pulley design, after sand blasting treatment for attractive appearance, eliminates internal stress to improve its own rigidity and stability, never broken.
4.Both China famous motor and Siemens motor are available. Motor voltage and frequency can be customized. The phase lack protection device will power off the motor when short of electricity. Chinese famous motor OEM by special design for fan. Motors are CCC approved, Ip55, insulation class F.
5.All requirements are up to National Level Environmental Protection Standard.
6.The frame use thickened galvanized sheet (zinc coating weight is 275g/m2) to ensure never rust. One time punch formed frame makes the fan stable, hard, no easy to be out of shape. Flanging edge back flow design increases ventilation, reduces vibration and noise, improves fan's stability.
